Hack Nintendo 3DS

As the 3DS is still a very good handheld console, i think, it is the time to explain how to hack it definitively, add all possible games on a SD card and also a freeshop.

To hack the 3DS, it is really easy. You just need to buy a big SD card and to go to the site https://3ds.hacks.guide/ where you will have to follow all explanations.

This guide works with every retail console in the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles (including the 3DS, 3DS XL/LL, 2DS, New 3DS, New 3DS XL/LL, and New 2DS XL/LL), regardless of region or firmware.

The 3DS can read SD cards of any capacity (even those larger than 32GB), but the card must be formatted as FAT32 (not exFAT or NTFS). 

You will need to check the version of the firmware of your 3DS, then the site will display what to download:

• The latest release of super-skaterhax (the release .zip file)
• The latest release of SafeB9SInstaller (direct download)
• The latest release of boot9strap (direct download)
• The latest release of nimdsphax (direct download)
• The latest release of Luma3DS (the Luma3DS .zip file)

Then when your 3DS is jailbroken, you will see a software on your 3DS, which is named: FBI. This is what you will have to use to have your games on the 3DS and working.

You will need to copy your games collection in format *.cia in a folder on the SD card then to install them one by one.

For the freeshop, in order to download and install th games from the web to the 3DS, i would propose Ghost eShop https://ghosteshop.com/. You just have to go to the site, download the file .cia, to copy it on your SD card and then to use FBI to install the file to your 3DS. Then launch it and enjoy.
